Use your purchase email. That’s your username. (If you used Apple/Google “Hide My Email,” you must use that masked email.)

Forgot password? Click “Lost your password?” and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Didn’t get the email?

  • Check Spam/Promotions.

  • Search your inbox for “ActionSeps” or “Order”.

  • Wait 2–3 minutes; some providers are slow.

Troubleshooting (common gotchas)

  • Wrong email: Try the email on your receipt. If you used Apple/Google sign-in, use the masked address shown there.

  • No account yet: If checkout was as a guest with a different email, create/reset using that address.

  • Password reset loop: Clear browser cache or use an incognito window, then retry the reset link.

  • Multiple purchases on different emails: Pick one email to keep using going forward. I can merge access on request.

  • Security note: For your safety, I can’t see your password. Use the reset link—don’t send passwords over email.

When to email me vs. the community

  • Email me (billing & access only): lost downloads, can’t log in, order/invoice help.
    Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CST. Replies within 24–48 hours.

  • ActionSeps Facebook group (faster for production help): separations, print variables, ink questions, etc.
